What makes Pappy & Company Bourbon Barrel-Aged Pure Maple Syrup so delicious and unique? The bourbon barrels are immediately picked up after they are drained at the distillery and delivered directly to their syrup partners in Jefferson, Ohio. No middleman or waiting in a warehouse for weeks. Upon the arrival of the barrels, the syrup is triple barrel-aged. What does that mean? It takes three barrels to make one barrel of maple syrup and infuse the deep oak flavor into the maple syrup. This process is unique and only used by Pappy & Company to create their Bourbon Barrel-Aged Pure Maple Syrup.
