Due to unprecedented demand for certain products and work/travel restrictions imposed by various governmental agencies in an effort to protect against the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, delivery services may be interrupted at this time.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated using live shipping rates via UPS and FedEx. The total shipping cost is determined by your merchandise total, the shipping method selected and the destination address. Shipping charges will be reflected during the order checkout process.

Please note, some items may require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, or quantity ordered. These charges will be noted on the product details page and included in the shipping charges reflected during checkout.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $50.00. If you would like expedited shipping, you will need to pay the shipping costs.

If you happen to be in the area, we also offer Pickup in Store, which is FREE as well.

Do you offer Overnight Shipping?

Yes, we offer both Express (2 days) and Overnight (1 day) shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, you will need to pay the shipping costs.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all states in the US, with exception to CA. We do not ship to any US territories (i.e. Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam).

Please note, some items cannot be shipped at all (i.e. hazardous materials, gun safes, items restricted by local, state or federal laws). These restrictions will be reflected on the product details page.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We do not offer international shipping.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you require this, please contact us for special shipping arrangements.

Can I ship my order to someone else?

Not at this time. Due to an increase in recent fraudulent transactions, in order to better protect you, at this time, the billing and shipping addresses must match.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped on business days only. Our business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the US.

Orders received by the cutoff time (designated below) will be processed and shipped the same day.

  • Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm EST/EDT (Eastern Time)
  • Saturday, 12:00 pm EST/EDT (Eastern Time)

Orders received after the cutoff time, or anytime on Sunday, will be processed and shipped the following business day.

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).

How long will my order take to arrive?

That depends on the method of shipping selected at the time of checkout.

  • Standard Shipping, 2-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping, 2 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping, 1 business day.

Please keep in mind, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and your package will not move during those days. Federal holidays within the US are also not considered business days.

How do I track my order?

When an order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number(s). Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.

Will a signature be required for my order?

Orders over $500.00 will require a signature.

I tracked my order and it shows it was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

You will need to file a claim with the appropriate carrier. We will assist in any way that we can, but we cannot be responsible for orders/shipments once they leave our warehouse.

My package was damaged. What do I do?
