We are committed to customer satisfaction. We know that shopping online can be hard sometimes; things don’t always fit, the color didn’t quite match, someone already had that perfect gift you picked out for them. We understand from time to time you may purchase items that need to be exchanged or refunded.


If your purchase from Canady’s Sport Center does not meet your expectations or needs, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items

Any items returned to us must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging (including any tags, instructions, boxes, parts and accessories). Returned merchandise will be inspected before issuing a refund. With exception to defective products, items that are not in resalable condition due to alterations, non-disclosed damage, or used (worn, washed, assembled) will not be accepted.

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds may be given for orders in which only some of the items are returned.

Product Exclusions

There are some items that are unable to be returned due to their specialized use or characteristics; refer to the list below for items that cannot be returned:

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Bows & Cross Bows
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Perishable goods

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item(s).

Ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after our Returns Team receives your package. Please allow additional processing time during peak shipping times and holidays.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s) as well as refund approval or rejection status.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a full credit for the items you returned will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless determined otherwise by customer service.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item, please place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately (within our Shipping guidelines), reducing the amount of time you have to wait for your replacement item.Once we receive your return, a credit for the return will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
