Work Sharp Guided Sharpening System

The Work Sharp Guided Sharpening System is a benchtop sharpening and honing system designed to handle all your knife blades - straight, curved, or serrated. The Diamond Sharpening Plates partnered with the Pivot Response System sharpens straight and convex blades with no problem. The Ceramic Hone and two sizes of Ceramic Rods take care of the serrated blades.

The unique design allows the Diamond Sharpening Plates to move as the blade is pulled over them for a constant sharpening angle for all blade types. The Guided Sharpening System makes it easy to sharpen your blades. You don't need to change your motion, just hold the knife perpendicular to the stone and slide the bevel along its entire length. The stone will pivot to match the angle and curve of the blade.
